As promised, here is another lovely juicing recipe from The Juicing Bible, Second Edition, by Pat Crocker. I shared Pat's recipe for Green Goddess juice earlier this week. That one is fully vegetable-based, which is awesome - lots of health benefits! But, if you are like me, you have a sweet tooth and a love of delicious fruits.
I say make a vegetable juice one day and a fruit juice the next! You can't go wrong, especially if eating cleanly is one of your goals for the new year. This Pom Pom juice benefits from yummy pomegranate seeds, cherries (one of my faves!), plum and apple. Enjoy!
Pom Pom (Juice)

Ingredients
- 2 pomegranates, seeds only
- 1 cup pitted cherries
- 1 black plum, pitted
- 1 Red Delicious apple
Instructions
Using a juicer, process pomegranate seeds, cherries, plum and apple. Whisk and pour into a glass.
