    Haha ... He tolerated the garden centre! Yesterday I cheerfully said to Nick, 'Hey we can go to the garden centre next week', making it sound like a treat. He saw right through it, but still agreed to go anyway.

      My husband actually loves the garden centre. He drives me a bit nuts in the spring and summer because he talks about the work that needs to be done outdoors all the time.

      We just went to the Superstore garden centre today and there was a giant line-up.

    That's classic, 'tolerated' sums up that expression perfectly.

      "Tolerated" is at least an improvement over the usual. Generally he complains bitterly if I make him shop. ;)

    What beautiful photos - I am always jealous of people who can take such lovely images! I think that is how I look in a garden centre too..tolerating! Lovely blog :)

      I am relatively new to gardening. I mostly tell my husband what I want him to do. So I can't stay too long in the garden centre myself. ;)
