I have lined up a series of fun giveaways, and I am excited to be giving something back to the lovely people who take the time to read my blog.
First up is this fun recycled cardboard children's playhouse from Boutique Cascades. When Cascades sent us the playhouse, I was a little worried that my children, who are seven and 10, might be too big for a playhouse. But, my daughter danced with excitement while we assembled it.
We set up the playhouse in the basement, where there is lots of room to move around.
My son was not quite so eager at first, but he was excited at the prospect of customizing the playhouse by decorating it with markers, pencil crayons and paint. He is a naturally talented artist, and he's quite particular about his art. So, the work on his side of the playhouse has just begun.
My nine-year-old niece came over to share in the creative fun.
All three of the kids are looking forward to decorating their "clubhouse" for Halloween and later, Christmas. They also have plans to decorate inside the playhouse, with a rug and some soft pillows.
This eco-conscious 100% recycled cardboard product is available online at Boutique Cascades for $34.99, with free shipping. Cascades will donate two dollars to Habitat for Humanity for each playhouse sold. This playhouse is no longer available. Find something similar here.
If you have a child in your life...your own, someone else's, a grandchild...enter to win a playhouse using the Rafflecopter below.
This contest is open to residents of Canada and the U.S. (GIVEAWAY CLOSED)
